Located next to the San Pedro Creek Cultural Park, the new consolidated 140,000 SF administrative building  will include 15,000 SF of conference space, including a board room and various conference rooms, 6,500 SF of dining space, a wellness center and will house up to 651 employees.

 

The adjacent 5-level parking structure will house 600 car spaces and will ill be open to the general public on nights and weekends, as well as for event parking – providing the public with greater access to the San Pedro Creek area.
